Technical Challenges:

The foundation was designed using mechanical couplers and 12-meter-long A4 rebars (high-strength reinforcement).

Solution Provided by Iran Coupler:

Rebar threading was carried out using specialized machinery to produce standard threads on 12-meter-long, 32 mm A4 rebars in the foundation, along with guidance on using mechanical couplers as an alternative to the lap splice method.
